Students must register for this course before beginning their internship. Registration is available only in the designated semester of the third year.

เOnce students have secured an internship placement, they must download and complete the Internship Consent Letter and submit it to their academic advisor for approval and signature.

Submit an online internship request and attach the signed letter via kmutt.me/kmutt-intern

The university will send the letter to the company within 3 business days.

Track the company’s response status through the New ACIS system.

Once the company has made its decision and returned the response to the Student Affairs Office, the acceptance or rejection status will be updated in New ACIS.
Students must record their working dates, hours, and assigned tasks each week. The log must be signed by the company supervisor to certify the recorded information.
The Weekly Internship Log Form can be downloaded from the New ACIS information system by navigating to:
New ACIS > Internship > Download Documents > Weekly Internship Log Form
Students must complete their internship report and submit the final version through the online form designated by the university.

How do I find an internship placement?
Students are responsible for contacting and selecting their own host organizations. The department provides a list of companies that have previously hosted CPE interns as a reference. Academic advisors can help assess the suitability of a placement before approving it.
How many hours must I complete?
Students must complete the internship requirements for CPE300 during the designated semester. Please confirm the minimum required number of hours for the current academic year with the department office.
How can I check my internship application status?
Students can track their application status through New ACIS. If no response has been received by the expected deadline, contact the Student Affairs Office or your academic advisor for assistance with approaching another host organization.
